Mollie Bailey Haney

Mollie Bailey Haney is passionate about helping logistics companies make the right connections and succeed – especially in the international arena. Mollie has more than 25 years of international transportation experience. She is responsible for international operations and regulatory compliance for Transplace’s ocean and air forwarding business. Transplace’s nearly 2,000 employees depend on the success of the companies’ overseas partners, particularly in times of economic downturn as we are seeing now with COVID19.

Prior to joining Transplace, Mollie worked for CH Robinson International for fourteen years in all facets of the global operations division. Prior to joining Transplace, she was the General Manager of the DFW International office. A graduate of the University of Colorado with a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Political Science, Mollie served over two years with the Peace Corps. On assignment in Africa, Mollie and her team worked closely with villagers to create sustainable ecosystems to ensure a local, robust food supply during the dry season. She later graduated from The Citadel with an MBA in Business Administration.

A distinguished author and expert in logistics, Mollie has written 15 blogs published at Transplace.com, as well as numerous articles for industry trad media (see below).

Mollie is a sought-after presenter. She recently participated in the Institute for Supply Management’s (ISM) roundtable addressing US/China tariffs.
