Jessica Navascues

Jessica Navascues served as President, Buildings and Components Division for Cornerstone Building Brands for three years. She joined the NCI Building Systems leadership team as President of Buildings in August 2018. Before joining that company, she was CEO of Allura, a fiber cement siding manufacturer for four years. Ms. Navascues managed Allura through a 3 brands merger into a competitive force in the US building products segment. Ms. Navascues has a global perspective, having served the fiber cement siding and building materials industry in the USA, Venezuela Costa Rica and Peru along with import and export programs for the European market since 1998. Her career has focused on operations, Research and development, Culture creation and transformation, Sales and marketing and Executive management. Today, she is helping a startup dedicated to architectural design of Metal Barndominiums, her experience is helping the team and company design and implement the strategy, implement processes and create the culture. Ms. Navascues achieved her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Ricardo Palma University in Peru and her MBA with emphasis in Marketing from the University of Costa Rica. In 2017 she also received an Executive Leadership Diploma from the University of Wisconsin. Ms. Navascues enjoys sports, she played field Hockey for the Peruvian National team an
