Ken Fanger, president of On Technology Partners and a CMMC-RP, has over 30 years of experience specializing in cybersecurity and information technology systems management and design, and project management.
Although his current focus is on the manufacturing sector, he has also worked in pharmaceutical, legal, medical, nonprofit, and government fields. With his technical background, he is able to assess an organization’s current and desired states, and plan for the necessary adjustments to get the organization to where they want to be, designing systems for redundancy, security, and resilience.
His MBA in Operations Management enables him to understand work/process flow, while allowing him to develop strategies for an organization’s future.
As a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Registered Practitioner (CMMC-RP), he is adept at understanding compliance standards and helping organizations balance their time, budgets, and capabilities on the road to meeting those standards.
