Rosemary Coates

Ms. Coates is the Executive Director of the Reshoring Institute and the President of Blue Silk Consulting, a Global Supply Chain consulting firm. She is a best-selling author of: 42 Rules for Sourcing and Manufacturing in China and 42 Rules for Superior Field Service and The Reshoring Guidebook. 

Ms. Coates lives in Silicon Valley and has worked with over 80 clients worldwide. She is also an Expert Witness for legal cases involving global supply chain matters.  She is passionate about Reshoring.

Colleen Gray

Ms. Gray has a combined 25 plus years of operations and financial management experience with emerging high growth companies in the data storage and orthopedic industries. Ms. Gray began her career with Consensus Orthopedics as President and CEO in August 2004 and is currently Chief Executive Officer. Consensus Orthopedics, headquartered in the greater Sacramento area, is a global manufacturer of large joint orthopedic devices and a leader in the patient monitoring device market with its medical interactive surface sensor TracPatch products for patient monitoring and episode of care management. Before joining Consensus Orthopedics, Ms. Gray was President and Chief Executive Officer at Solid Data Systems where she successfully negotiated and managed a sale of the company. Prior to Solid Data, Ms. Gray was a co-founder of StorageWay, Inc. one of the first cloud-based storage service providers and served as its Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer through July of 2002. Ms. Gray joined Mylex Corporation, in 1992 and served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Mylex during its successful public offering and IBM’s acquisition of Mylex in 1999. Mylex was an early pioneer in storage management and data protection in the networked PC and server environment. During her career, Ms. Gray has been involved in pioneering new and innovative technologies in the storage and orthopedic industries. Ms. Gray received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University
