She has found a niche for herself working as an independent consultant in a customer support role with new products as a project manager. She explains how her unique skillset has served her in her role, and walks us through some of her favorite tools. Daisie goes on to demystify the Agile and Waterfall approaches and how they differ, tells us why customer support is so important, and what she considers to be the most important skills for a project manager to have. We close our episode with some thoughts on how to transition from your existing role into a project management role.
