Michael Posavetz is a Newark-based attorney with Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC and he currently focuses his practice in the area of mass tort litigation where he represents corporate defendants in New York and New Jersey. Michael also has extensive experience as in-house counsel to distribution companies, education facilities, and start-up organizations where he has advised corporate clients on reducing liability, improving efficiency and ensuring legal compliance with various state and federal regulations.
Chris is the chief editor for the Business Intelligence Briefs, distributed all over the world by business organizations and he is one of the primary writers (with Keith Prather) for the Executive Intelligence Briefs. He also makes close to a hundred presentations each year to business and industry associations in the US and overseas.
