Lewis Weiss

Mr. Lewis Weiss is Host of Manufacturing Talk Radio and President of All Metals & Forge Group, the principal sponsor of the show. He has 60 years in the metals industry as a manufacturer of open die forgings and seamless rolled rings, running a business that sells forged products globally to OEMs, major manufacturers, mid-size first- and second-tier suppliers, and small metalworking companies. Tim Grady

Mr. Tim Grady is an Executive Producer and Co-host of Manufacturing Talk Radio. He brings more than 25 years of knowledge as a senior strategist and business advisor to companies of all sizes in more than thirty industries, advising them on revving up revenues, macro and micro marketing, strategic selling, organization optimization, website ergonomics, data mining, and other external or internal factors that can accelerate or impede business operations and net profit.


Dr. Susan E. Sweeney

Dr. Sweeney is a senior executive leader with extensive experience leading complex business teams in Europe, North America and Asia. She is currently president of GGB, a material science company that invents and produces engineered products globally and is headquartered in Annecy, France.

With over 35 years experience in the field of manufacturing, she is able to quickly assess critical business functions and operations to achieve extraordinary results. Susan combines strategic vision, operational expertise and technical curiosity to lead change and transform businesses across the globe. Her passion is unleashing potential by connecting people and ideas and believes today’s complex and quickly changing environment requires a different kind of leadership model.

Susan holds an EdD in Organizational Leadership and Innovation, a MBA with a focus on union relations and negotiations and a BA in

Economics. She has participated in IMD’s Breakthrough Program for Senior Executives in Lausanne, Switzerland. She is an adjunct professor at Wilmington University and Stockton University and an Executive in Residence at the McColl School of Business at Queens University.

Susan lives in Delaware (USA) with her husband and has two sons currently attending university.
