Mr. Tim Grady is an Executive Producer and Co-host of Manufacturing Talk Radio. He brings more than 25 years of knowledge as a senior strategist and business advisor to companies of all sizes in more than thirty industries, advising them on revving up revenues, macro and micro marketing, strategic selling, organization optimization, website ergonomics, data mining, and other external or internal factors that can accelerate or impede business operations and net profit.


Ben Marsh

Ben Marsh is the CEO and Co-Founder of Scout Systems, traveling the world helping manufacturers implement Industry 4.0 technology. Ben is very hands-on and understands how important Operator buy-in is to the success of any process change. While expanding business in Latin America, Ben learned Spanish so that he could talk 1 on 1 with the Operators. Under his management, Scout Systems has gone through 2 rounds of funding and became profitable by it’s 3rd year. Ben holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University, and has his Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
