Lewis Weiss

Mr. Lewis Weiss is Host of Manufacturing Talk Radio and President of All Metals & Forge Group, the principal sponsor of the show. He has 60 years in the metals industry as a manufacturer of open die forgings and seamless rolled rings, running a business that sells forged products globally to OEMs, major manufacturers, mid-size first- and second-tier suppliers, and small metalworking companies. John Sesler

John Sesler is the Vice President of Logistics & 3PL Operations at TexAmericas Center – which owns and operates one of the largest mixed-use industrial parks in the United States – where he helps tenants offload logistics and 3PL tasks to TexAmericas Center, enhance their logistics workflows, and focus on other issues critical to business growth.

Eric Voyles

Eric Voyles is the Executive Vice President and Chief Economic Development Officer at TexAmericas Center responsible for lease portfolio of 560,000sf; efforts to lease or sell over 1,000,000sf of commercial space in the areas of Office, Warehouse, Production/Manufacturing, Dry Storage, Explosive Bunkers/Magazines; and, 12,000 acres of ground. A seasoned public-private partnership economic developer with over 20 years of progressive experience in regional Economic and Community Development, Eric has a proven track record of delivering significant bottom-line results being resourceful and performing well with limited supervision and resources.

Eric has the ability to build strong coalitions across public and private sectors. He has managed two Non-Profit Organization mergers, managed two incubator programs, developed and managed two targeted industry cluster development strategies – the first focused on rail service capabilities and the other aerospace and aviation. Eric launched two international business development programs, started a state of Illinois funded Entrepreneurship Center & International Trade Center, and ran a NFP land-holding / development company, where he closed out a 150+ acre development and launched a 350- acre business park.

Eric thinks strategically and acts entrepreneurially; he has developed specialties in the areas of: Workforce Assessment, Targeted Industry Assessment, Logistics, Real Estate Development, Small Business Development, Historic Neighborhood Re-development, Community (Public Sector) Relation Development, Developer/Real Estate Broker Relations Development, Incentives Negotiation, Community and Economic Development Organization Strategic Planning, Business Retention, Targeted Marketing and Cluster Development.
