Deloit R. Wolfe, Jr.
President and Center Director, Impact Washington
Deloit R. Wolfe, Jr. leads Impact Washington, the Washington State affiliate of the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s Manufacturing Extension Program (NIST MEP). He is responsible for the strategic direction, vision, growth, and performance of the Center and has been part the organization since 2013.
As a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of managerial experience, Deloit is known for driving growth, maximizing operational excellence, and delivering financial performance. Deloit leads the organization with his shared passion for strong partnerships and a healthy manufacturing community.
Before being named the Center’s Director in August of 2019, he served as Director of Business Development. He led branding, sales, marketing, and managed the company’s growth and development pipeline. Much of his time is spent strengthening the Center’s partnership with the Washington State Department of Commerce to support the industrial manufacturing sectors in every corner of the State and in all communities. He ensures the Center is integrated with Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) Job Skills Program to support the incumbent worker initiative.
He also serves on the Maritime Blue Board of Directors. He holds advisory roles with the Pacific Northwest Defense Coalition (PNDC), Economic Alliance Snohomish County (ESAC) ‘s Industrial and Resource Development Advisory Board, and Aerospace and Advancing Manufacturing Center of Excellence Advisory Board.
Prior to joining Impact Washington, he held senior positions at Georgia -Pacific, Consumer Products division, within the Seattle Supersonics Organization and the Miller Brewing Company.
Deloit holds an MBA in Business Management, and a BA in Communication, Business Management from
University of Montana
