Nancy LeMaster

Nancy has parlayed her years of health care supply chain experience into a consulting company that focuses on UDI adoption, data standards and analytics, leadership development and provider/supplier relationships. Prior to launching her consulting company, Nancy spent most of her career at BJC HealthCare in St. Louis, MO. She served as Vice President of Supply Chain Transformation where she focused on expanding and diversifying the capabilities and talent pool within supply chain so that it would continue to be a key contributor to BJC’s overall success. Specific accomplishments included creating a multi-faceted analytics team and a dedicated project management office which included performance improvement professionals. Previously, Nancy, served as BJC’s Vice President of Supply Chain Operations and was responsible for the strategic direction and general management of all supply chain related activities including contracting, purchasing, value analysis and distribution services.

Nancy was inducted into the Bellwether League Supply Chain Hall of Fame in 2015, and has received leadership awards from GHX, YWCA and BJC HealthCare, She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Education from the University of Northern Iowa and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
