Lewis Weiss

Mr. Lewis Weiss is Host of Manufacturing Talk Radio and President of All Metals & Forge Group, the principal sponsor of the show. He has 60 years in the metals industry as a manufacturer of open die forgings and seamless rolled rings, running a business that sells forged products globally to OEMs, major manufacturers, mid-size first- and second-tier suppliers, and small metalworking companies. Lewis Weiss puts his experience in manufacturing to good use as an expert consultant on various TV and radio programs nationwide.

Tim Grady

Mr. Tim Grady is an Executive Producer and Co-host of Manufacturing Talk Radio. He brings more than 25 years of knowledge as a senior strategist and business advisor to companies of all sizes in more than thirty industries, advising them on revving up revenues, macro and micro marketing, strategic selling, organization optimization, website ergonomics, data mining, and other external or internal factors that can accelerate or impede business operations and net profit.


Jerry Flum is a former hedge fund manager and lawyer. He has been Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of CreditRiskMonitor since 1999. Before CreditRiskMonitor, Mr. Flum held a series of investment leadership roles, including as an institutional security analyst, research and sales partner at an investment firm and founder and general partner of a private investment pool.

Before entering the investment business, Mr. Flum practiced law, helped manage a U.S. congressional campaign and served as a legal and legislative aide to a U.S. Congressman. He has been a guest lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology/Sloan School of Management Lab for Financial Engineering. He served in the USMCR and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Babson College and a J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law School.

Mike Flum 
Prior to joining CreditRiskMonitor, Mr. Flum served as Vice President of Operations at Gullett & Associates, Inc., a Houston-based midstream oil & gas survey and drafting services firm from 2016-2017. Mr. Flum held various engineering and project management roles at Enterprise Products Partners, a Houston-based oil & gas pipeline owner/operator from 2009 to 2016. Over his time in the oil & gas sector, Mr. Flum successfully completed pipeline and plant projects totaling over $1.3 billion dollars. He was also able to install processes which streamline service offerings and unify customer experience across teams. 

Mr. Flum received a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in Religious Studies from Rice University. He received his MBA from Columbia Business School.
