Leveraging his degree from Cornell in computer science and psychology, his 30 years experience working directly with manufacturers, and the latest Industry 4.0, IIoT, and Machine Learning/AI knowledge, Mark is eager to show where Manufacturing’s true potential for improvement lies.
Mark comes from a strong family background of helping Manufacturers with production management and control. His father and brother created several manufacturing software applications designed to help companies with shop floor scheduling and material planning, the latest being Protected Flow Manufacturing.
But even the best software can’t do a thing without an implementation plan that focuses on delivering the desired results. It’s all about motivating people to modify their behavior to support the actions necessary to effect the desired change. After acquiring a foundation of knowledge, he’s continued to learn both the technology and people side of the equation in making significant and lasting changes in the business performance of a company.
