Prior to joining Seraph, Wade was VP of Operations for Spartan Motors Inc. and COO of Detroit Manufacturing Systems, where he led transformative initiatives to improve underperforming operations to achieve best-in-class performance.
Wade graduated from the U.S Military Academy at West Point with a B.S in Aerospace Engineering before receiving his MBA in Business Administration from Spring Arbor University in Michigan. Wade heads Turnaround and Crisis Management operations for Seraph.
