He brings more than 25 years of knowledge as a senior strategist and business advisor to companies of all sizes in more than thirty industries, advising them on revving up revenues, macro and micro marketing, strategic selling, organization optimization, website ergonomics, data mining, and other external or internal factors that can accelerate or impede business operations and net profit.

Wade Phillips brings more than 25 years of experience in the Automotive and manufacturing space. Prior to joining Seraph, Wade was VP of Operations for Spartan Motors Inc. and COO of Detroit Manufacturing Systems, where he led transformative initiatives to improve underperforming operations to achieve best-in-class performance.

Wade graduated from the U.S Military Academy at West Point with a B.S in Aerospace Engineering before receiving his MBA in Business Administration from Spring Arbor University in Michigan. Wade heads Turnaround and Crisis Management operations for Seraph.
