#52 Who Solves Problems In Your Company?

Crossroads sign with two arrows, office building - problem and solution

Listen Now – When an organization faces a problem, we often default to finding the fastest, cheapest, and easiest solution. Yet this approach can often leave us with unsatisfactory results, because the company doesn’t truly understand its problems, or the processes and resources needed to effectively solve them for the long term. Instead, a cycle of fire-fighting ensues. In this episode of the Customer Mission podcast, Andrea Olson dives into why companies are trying to solve problems in a bubble, and how to approach problem solving as a part of your culture, instead of simply a checklist activity.
