Suzen Fiskin is a professional speaker and a pioneer in the world of coaching. In 1992 she heard about a new career where she could use her marketing and people skills, extensive education in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (also the foundation of Tony Robbins’ work), and hypnotherapy training to work with clients to become happier personally and exponentially more successful professionally. It was called coaching. She was all in. She still is.

Today, drawing on her unique skillset, she is a Master Mindset Coach. Based on solid brain science, she works with clients to rewire their thinking on both conscious and subconscious levels to break through old limitations and on to creating vastly superior results. Her expertise in the area of communications serves as a bridge for generational gaps in the workplace helping organizations attract, retain and inspire highly sought after younger workers.

She served on the boards of The Professional Coaches and Mentors Association, Women In Technology, and Women In Business. Her client base has included the US Army, Autodesk, Booz Allen Hamilton, and many smaller organizations.
