Tammy Casteel
With a resume that ranges from customer service to plant management, I am fortunate to be able to view a business from the front end to the back end. My name is Tammy Casteel and I am the Plant Manager at ICONEX, LLC in Morristown, TN, the world’s leading low-cost provider of paper receipt and variable print label solutions. I began my career with this company 13 years ago as a Sales Support Operations team leader. I was then promoted to the Customer Care Manager for North America in December 2011. I have over 15 years of Customer Service experience which is the driving force behind my passion for excellence in Customer Service at any level.
From my role as the Customer Service Manager, I was promoted to the North American Supply Chain Manager. In this role I served as the subject matter expert for all manufacturing ERP installations across the US and Europe. The supply chain helps drive ease of doing business, speed of delivery and range of products. It is one of the most critical pieces in the manufacturing puzzle.
In 2019, I was offered the position of Plant Manager. As the Plant Manager my number one priority is the safety and wellbeing of our employees. Of course, when leading any company, there are the constant challenges of optimizing day to day operations, exceeding customer expectations while remaining flexible and driving cost out of the process. These are the challenges that drive me every day to do all that I can to make ICONEX successful.
